Our compounds are mixed on a set of six tangential and inter-meshing mixers. Blending is done on seven matching open roll mixing mills. The mixer capacities vary from 35 litres to 120 litres.

The Laboratory is equipped with two ODRs and one MDR to carry out our commitment to do 100% Rheology test on all batches.

We have other basic equipment to test mooney viscocity, hardness, tensile strength, specific gravity, heat aged properties, compression set , ash content etc.
